Abraham has been called “The Father of Faith”. Abraham was 75 years old when God called him, “… to go out to the place he would receive for an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going” (Hebrews 11:8). When it would have been much easier for them to embrace a life of the familiar, the comfortable and safe, Abraham and Sarah risked it all to follow God. God blessed Abraham tremendously. And, as we will see, we are also the recipients of many blessings because of Abraham’s faith!
